By accessing or using the GoBasta platform (website and mobile applications), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue using our services.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

• You must be of legal age to form binding contracts to use our platform and post listings.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (phone number, password, OTP) and for all activities that occur under your account.
• GoBasta reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

3. Listing & Posting Rules

• Accuracy & Honesty: Every listing must contain truthful descriptions, accurate pricing, and authentic photographs representing the actual condition of the item or service.
• Ownership: You must be the legal owner of the item or officially authorized to sell it.
• Categorization & Duplication: Ads must be placed in the correct category. Duplicate ads for the same item or repetitive spam postings are strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Items & Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from listing, buying, selling, or promoting the following on GoBasta:

• Firearms, weapons, ammunition, explosives, and dangerous substances.
• Illegal narcotics, prescription medicines, controlled substances, and unapproved health supplements.
• Stolen property or items obtained through unlawful means.
• Counterfeit items, replicas, and products infringing on intellectual property or trademarks.
• Government IDs, financial cards, counterfeit currency, and unauthorized financial schemes.
• Adult, explicit, obscene, or culturally offensive materials.
• Endangered wildlife and protected species.
• Any goods, services, or content that violate governing laws and regulations.

5. Safety Guidelines & Disclaimers

• Platform Role: GoBasta operates solely as an online classifieds venue connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the items listed, nor do we handle payments, shipping, or physical handovers.
• Safety Tips: Users are advised to inspect items thoroughly before making payments, meet in well-lit public places, and avoid sending advance payments or deposits.
• Limitation of Liability: GoBasta is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, fraud, or damages resulting from communications or transactions conducted between users.

6. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, logos, software, designs, and content created by GoBasta are the exclusive intellectual property of GoBasta and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

GoBasta reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove listings, suspend, or permanently terminate any user account found to violate these terms, engage in deceptive behavior, or abuse the platform, without prior notice or refund.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the platform.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
